I had an 8:30 appointment on 1/3/18 for a recall, oil change and asked for one other handle be replaced. I dropped the car off on 1/2/18. At 3:30 pm on 1/3/18 I had not heard from anyone so I called service to see if it was completed. At that time they told me the handle I asked to be replaced had to be special ordered, they said the battery failed it's test, an alignment was needed and some heat shields need reconnected. I told the service department I would take care of the alignment where we got the tires, and we would look into the battery. They told me it would be done by 5 pm. We did get there early to pick it up, around 4:30 but had to wait until 5:15 to pick it up. When done, my paperwork showed the recall done, the part being ordered and the works oil change. We went right to check the battery after we left and it passed the test. Not sure why I was told it failed. I was already disappointed that I make an appointment for the morning and it took to within an hour of closing to be completed, as well as the battery issue.
