    I drove a little further than usual to Ganley because it was Sunday and dealerships in my area were closed. So glad I did!!! My salesman, John G., was courteous, knowledgable, and let us take our time with none of the usual pushiness I've experienced at other dealerships. I will defiantly recommend Ganley, especially John G.

    I purchased my very first brand new Truck from here a few days ago...I had nothing but a positive experience, they worked hard to get me financed....they didn't just throw me in any Truck they let me choose and were very knowledgable about everything....It took a little long to get it all buttoned up and done but I left happy and will definitely be a repeat customer.

    We arrived early, and our vehicle was serviced immediately. The gentlemen at the service counter was courteous, respectful and very professional. A true please working with your service representative and well worth the drive from the Northwest corner of Medina County. Once again, we know we made the right choice in purchasing our vehicle from Ganley Ford in Barberton and will not hesitate to purchase another one at this location. Kudos to the Ganley staff.

    Colleen in the truck department and Bill in the car service department are very professional and they both fix the problem the first time,,, also they make you want to bring our vehicle back again, rather than having to find somewhere else to go!

    I traded in my 2011 Explorer. Ganley gave me a great trade-in. I bought a 2016 Explorer. The staff at Ganley has always been very nice.

    Had my 2014 fiesta serviced for a recall and they were prompt and quick and even threw in a free car wash even though I did not pay anything. Bob Bowser is great!

    PAUL LARIA - Was very polite and presented himself in a very professional manner. Explained the various options which appeared on my 2015 Ford 150 XLT that were not on my 2009 Ford 150 XLT. The most important thing that mattered to me was Mr. Laria was NOT A HIGH PRESSURE salesman. Six or 7 years from now should I want to purchase another Ford truck I would as for Mr. Laria to handle my purchase. Mr. Laria even assisted me in connecting my cell phone with the new truck. DANIEL SMITH - Explained very clearly the benefit of an Extended Warranty and its coverage. Mr. Smith was very polite, professional and easy to work with. Thank you very much for the small bottle of "touch up" paint for my new Ford truck.

    Jeff Barstow was very direct and the whole process was streamlined. We appreciate the experience, as there was no sense of hard sell, and Jeff's personality was pleasant and relaxed, causing us to feel the same way.

    Unfortunately so many dealerships see a female and try to take advantage of her. I went to Ganley Ford for an oil change. When I got there they suggested a whole bunch of other maintenance services including flushing my coolant system. I explained that this had already been done by a friend who had his own repair garage and that he had gone over the car to make sure it would get me through the winter. They called me in and showed me a filthly air filter that supposedly came from by car and wanted to replace it. Since I know my air filter was less that a year old, I knew exactly what they had done. They showed me a filter that they had take from a car that really needed replacement. I told them no & they did try to pressure me but I was firm. Had they continued I might have blurted out exactly what they were doing as I did mention where no one else could here that that that was not my air filter as mine was less that one year old. I got my bill for the oil change (of course their $6.99 oil change did not apply to my car - it came to around $20.00), it had the following recommendations which they went over with me. #1 Brakes (mine were about 1 year old) #2 Tires (I knew they were OK) #3 Windshield Wipers which I did need but could replace myself. Since I hate [violative content deleted], I went to Walmart the next time for my oil change. They give you the measurement of your tires and mine had more than enough tread life. They also replaced my windshield wipers with no charge for labor - only had to buy the wipers at Walmart. I don't mind paying for repairs as long as I know they really need to be done & not made up by the service department. I'm lucky to have a friend who I can trust with my car & as a note of credit to him, he treats everyone with honesty including the stranger that comes in the very 1st time.

    I had bought a car from ganley in june 2010 and sinced i have bought my car it has been in the shop for repairs three times, and the first time i was missing the clips off the front end and back end of my car and they are blaming me saying that i was lying and was in a accident but if i was wouldnt I have reported it and also wouldnt there been damage on the car. This is worse experience i have dealth with and I would recommend everyone to stay away unless you like headaches and taken for. Also if you have a problem dont go to the gam because he didnt help he will just ignore your calls and complaints, also if you try to contact the corperate office they will say your harrassing them even though their suppose to be there to help you when you cannt get no where in the dealerships, this is the worse placeto buy a car, but they are friendly expected for one guy. so purhase at your own risk.

    on tuesday i took my 2009 ford fusion in for brake work, i was greated at the door andwas assured my issue would be resolved the service adviser took exllent care of me and my car they got my car right in and was fixed in 2 hrs. this is a great place to bring your car in for service or sale', the staff is freindly and willing to help,
