Our first MB and certainly not the last!

We reached out with interest in a vehicle and got quickly connected with Collin. He answered our questions and made time for us to test drive. It was the easiest purchase and on a holiday. Since it ran to closing time, Collin offered and… came to our home for 1x1 tutorial on all the aspects of our new vehicle. We can’t speak highly enough of this experience.

by Dan on 06/13/2019We were towed in with a travel trailer on a Friday afternoon, service squeezed us in, unfortunately the engine was shot. The service department assisted us with providing power for our trailer ( Thank you Ron!) and helped to find a truck… rental to tow our trailer. Ultimately we decided to purchase another vehicle as we would have when we got home. We were able to find a GLE400 that would meet our needs for towing and was nicely optioned, so we purchased it. Everyone from service to sales especially Timothy Tassell and Craig Brooks were very helpful, no pressure whatsoever. Thank you all!AC service

My sales person, Frank Salierno, was available to answer my questions at 0700 in the morning. I did not have an "all day" experience… because my paperwork was prepared before I arrived. Once he identified the issue, he went back thru all of my service… records to see if this issue had been addressed earlier and found that it had not. by DavidB on 03/25/2019I can't say enough about the team at Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin. Melisa was my sales consultant and my finance consultant was CJ. Sales Manager Rich and Crown President Marc were beyond helpful through the entire process. In short:… everyone I encountered at Crown MB went above and beyond to show me that they cared as much about my best interests (with regard to the car buying process) as I did. I've encouraged nearly everyone in my life to start here when looking for a new car to see what genuine customer service looks like. I walked in early on a Saturday morning and Melisa greeted me and then took the time to learn about me and what I was looking for in a car (likes, dislikes, needs, wants, budget etc). We test drove a few vehicles they had on the lot to find out what peaked my interest and what options were important to me. They didn't have the exact car I wanted but Melisa and Rich went to work with their trading partners in an effort to procure it. In just a few days it was traded for and on site for me to take home. Throughout the process, their actions showed me that I was in great hands and that they would keep my best interests at the forefront of every decision--even if this meant less financial benefit for them in the short term. The level of care from Crown MB, Melisa, and the rest of the Crown team was so positive, I can't imagine my family ever starting another car search at any other dealership--and those are the exact words I plan to share with anyone I encounter in the market for a vehicle. CJ did a fantastic job walking me through the paperwork once we agreed to terms and was able to answer every question I had about the different documents I was signing. He clearly knew what he was doing and was able to communicate with me in language I could understand. Rich and Marc were "omnipresent" throughout the entire process and have built a customer-first culture in this dealership that I'm sure others around central Ohio and the State are envious of. They have my highest respect and recommendation--visit Crown Mercedes-Benz of Dublin to find a great car and even better people to help you throughout the process.Great car buying and service experience

Both the salesman Bill Stevenson and finance manager CJ Sexton were very good at explaining all the… options and decisions. There was no pressure, but there was very clear communication. As a first-time leasee, I had some questions that were explained clearly. I feel throughout the entire process that the transaction was well orchestrated. My experience started with Crown 5 years ago when I purchased a used 2006 E-350 from Crown. My experience with the service department and Shen Saguisi was very positive and I was treated as if I had purchased a brand new car. When it came time to replace the E350 I was positively inclined to give Crown my business but was looking for a competitive price. I shopped around and received quotes from other dealerships outside my area. I was willing to travel to another State to buy a car at the right price. Fortunately Crown was very competitive and fair and I know from my previous experience that the service is first rate.Exceptional Customer Service

On one particular visit to the dealer I had my elderly parents with me and it was a cold January day.
