I just bought a 2020 GLE 350 at this dealership and I had the chance to work with Youss Mbao a consultant at Crown Mercedes. Youss exceeded my expectations and made the purchase very easy. Youss is very knowledgeable, Professional and genuinely cares about the customer, this is the best customer experience ever in my car buying history. I also enjoyed working with Bill Tippie! You can tell that the staff all have the same goal of delivering great customer service . I am extremely happy with the service that I received at Crown Mercedes.
