Todd Johnson is a GREAT Service Advisor

Todd Johnson, my Service Advisor at Crown took great care of me on my last Service. He identified and fixed a problem with my car that I did not believe could be fixed! Once he identified the issue, he went back thru all of my service records to see if this issue had been addressed earlier and found that it had not. So he was to fix it and make my car enjoyable to drive again!
