Our first MB and certainly not the last!

We reached out with interest in a vehicle and got quickly connected with Collin. He answered our questions and made time for us to test drive. It was the easiest purchase and on a holiday. Since it ran to closing time, Collin offered and… came to our home for 1x1 tutorial on all the aspects of our new vehicle. We can’t speak highly enough of this experience.

Level of service that we received surpassed anything we ever had that only in the purchase of… automobiles but in most other products. Wasn't sure what we wanted to get after turning in our last Merc, but the dealer showed several cars to us with test drives and we settled on this one. Our salesman was Jeremy Ellis. He was the best. He was quite friendly… and professional, and took all the time I needed to make my decision. He did not pressure me or rush me. All my questions were answered with obvious knowledge of the vehicle. It was an overall great experience. I will definitely recommend Crown Eurocars of Dublin to all my friends. . Yesterday Melissa Greenberg delivered a beautiful new 2018 C300 to my home. Its a wonderful car with more… features than my previous car and thanks to Melissa, the deal was straightforward, compelling and at a lower payment than the last one! Melissa is professional, smart and a great listener. She understood my concerns - not the least of which was that I wasnt expecting to make a decision for several more months - and she worked to reach an agreement that was fair to the dealership and fair to me. The entire process - negotiations, financing and delivery took less than an hour. I recommend Melissa to anyone whose time is valuable. Frank Salierno was my sales guy and he answered all my questions and met all my needs. Frank has a phenomenal… support staff as well. CJ Sexton is well versed in exceeding customer service. It's rare these days, and these two tenured, knowledgeable individuals made my experience an easy one. Going forward I will only recommend Crown Mercedes, and will mention these two by name. I know that if I need anything, they are just a call away. My last purchases were at M.A.G. and Germain Mercedes at Easton, you will not get this level of " Customer is King" attitude.New car purchase
