    My wife, and I recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership. Doug Horner, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and honest. This is our first Mercedes, and while it wasn't necessarily the newest, or most expensive car on the lot, Doug, and his manager Matt Frazier made both my wife, and I feel like we were purchasing a top of the line Benz. We absolutely adore our car, and I honestly feel the same way about the experience we had at Crown buying it..

    I recently purchased a 2015 C300 from Doug Horner at Crown Mercedes-Benz. The process was smooth and simple. After identifying the exact car that I wanted Doug made the numbers work. At delivery he spent a considerable amount of time with me in the car, helping me to get acquainted with all of the features. I appreciated the time that Doug spent showing me shortcuts, answering questions, and helping me personalize settings. Unlike experiences that I've had at other dealers, Doug was very transparent throughout the process - there were no surprises or attempts to change things in the deal from what I wanted. Same story with Matt Frazier in finance - quick, accurate, and personable. All around, the staff, including the new car sales manager, John, were top notch. I will definitely be coming back to Crown for my next Mercedes-Benz purchase.

    Doug Horner helped my husband and I pick out our first Mercedes. The customer service we received was excellent and Doug was very helpful with our trade in. I would recommend Crown Mercedes as a great dealership to buy your next car! Matt Frazier also made the financials easy to handle was very knowledgeable!

    I am a long time Mercedes Benz owner and Crown service customer. I bought my last car at the other Mercedes dealer and haven't been back since. I like the service department so well I decided to give their sales department a try. Andrew Ruck did an exceptional job and I have come to expect nothing less from this dealership. Keep up the good work!

    Crown Mercedes whatever formula it is keep using it. I have had services done by another dealership, but never have I had the treatment, caring and concern for my car by service manager David Kohler he has always done a superior job of explaining the procedures that have to be performed on my car, I know this might be funny, but every time I come to pick my car up after a service, its like picking up a new car. I live in Gahanna and really I don't want to drive out of my way if I don't have too, but if I'm going to get this kind of service I will continue to do so. Thank you again David for your caring as if the car is your own!

    I had a wonderful experience working with Maurice at Crown Eurocars. He took his time to discuss the options I was interested in and answered all my questions. He was professional, patient, knowledeable, and very thoughtful and timely in getting answers to all my questions. When I picked up my car, he took time to walk me through the options and explain how everything worked. He has made himeself available post sale to answer questions and to follow up with me to ensure I am satisfied with my purchase. It was a great experience, and I would certainly recommend Crown and Maurice to my friends and family. A great experience!
  • Extreme disappointment

    I have a new 2015 C300 sedan. The brakes are very loud (this is an understatement). This car is a complete embarrassment to own and drive. I've been driving Mercedes since 1991. At this point this will most likely be my last. The answer is that this is an engineering problem and nothing can be done. An excerpt from the email I received regarding the noise from Seth Kinniard, manager of service at Crown Mercedes, is as follows. "...It’s interesting to me how noisy great brakes are. We put our children in buses with squeaking brakes, 80,000 pound trucks have squeaking brakes, and every airplane I’ve been on has had squeaking brakes. Any car manufacturer that has high performance brakes deals with the reverse engineering it takes to make great brakes quiet. This was never an issue when asbestos was used , but we know where that left us, and metal is the best replacement for the friction and heat that is created..." I do not think my brakes are loud because they are "great" nor do I find this response acceptable. I cannot recommend Crown or the 2015 C300 Sedan based on my experience.

    Recently purchase my new 2014 Mercedes Glk 350 4matic at crown Mercedes-Benzes of Dublin. My experience with Douglas Horner was fantastic. Douglas tended to my every need. He went over and above to find the perfect GLK 350 for me. Douglas was very patient with all of my questions and when it came time for the pickup of the GLK 350, he was second to none. He spent all the time I needed on the GLK . He was professional and did a tremendous job. I recommend Douglas Horner and the entire staff at Crown Mercedes-Benzes of Dublin for your next purchase and a perfect experience. Your new friend Louis and thanks again.

    Shengqian Saguisi has ALWAYS provided me an excellent service experience. His approach is professional, yet light and extremely friendly. He provides fair quotes and never fails to update me on any differences or unanticipated challenges, and he fairly presents any and all alternatives to completing the service. He never hesitates to offer a loaner vehicle while my vehicle is being serviced, which is a great convenience for me since I live so far from the dealership. In fact, I drive past another Mercedes dealership, without a second thought, to receive the continued excellent support of Mr. Saguisi and the Crown team!

    WORST EXPERIENCE IN OVER 25 YEARS OF BUYING CARS! I don't even know where to begin with Crown Mercedes/Eurocars, but I sure wish I had read the other negative reviews before moving forward. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had buying a car in over 25 years of buying cars, including Porsche 911s, BMW M3s, Mercedes SUVs, etc. I could write a novel here, but in short, after having me jump through hoops because of a supposed last-minute deadline to get the sale registered for them by the end of the month, they sent me rushed and horribly disorganized paperwork (wrong dates, wrong figures, missing copies, inconsistent information, etc.) that detailed I owed them more than we agreed upon and showing the car had several hundred miles added to it and far more than were advertised. The first salesman I had didn't even respond to my calls or emails, so they had to transfer me to a second salesman, whom, based on his behavior, I think must have just started selling cars the week before. For everything I asked him, he had to go ask someone else for the answer. I literally think this may have been his first ever sale. When I asked about the after-the-fact increased price and the after-the-fact, increased mileage, they threatened that if I did not overnight them the signed paperwork and balance, the deal was off. There is so much more to this absolute debacle on the part of Crown Mercedes, but I will stop here. The bottom line is that I am not going to be bullied or manipulated, so they can keep their car and go play games with some other unsuspecting buyer. What a nightmare this was. I will be submitting reviews elsewhere, including the Better Business Bureau.

    Konstantin Chumak was instrumental in the purchase of our new Mercedes. He helped us make selections and ordered the car for us exactly as we wanted. He went above and beyond to help us receive the best pricing and service. The process was simple and uncomplicated. He has been very helpful after the sale and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with our new Mercedes. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about purchasing at Crown.

    I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank Todd Johnson, Service Manager of Crown Eurocars of Dublin for a fantastic service experience. He was able to accomidate my schedule and set up service appointments for my two C300 4matics on the same day. He met me at the drive thru, did a complete walk around of my cars, went over which service was scheduled and checked with me if there were any other issues. He went over the service plans with me to find the best value for my money. Set me up in a loaner and I was on my way. Later that day I received a call from Todd Johnson that my vehilces service was complete. When I went to pick up my vehicles, he sat down and explained the service that had been completed. While my car was being brought up we discussed how long of a relationship Todd and I have had at Crown Eurocars of Dublin. Todd Johnson has been my Service Manager since 1995 and he is the resaon that I currently own 4 Mercedes Benz automobiles. I know that whenever I bring in one of my cars for service that Todd Johnson will always fix it right the first time, treat me with respect and look out for my best interests. Peter B

    I ended up at Crown because they were the only dealership within a few hours of my house with a specific color combination. Let me first say I am glad I ended up at Crown. When my wife and I arrived I was instantly greeted by Andrew Ruck. He was extremely knowledgable and even though it seemed like there were thousands of cars there he knew the exact car I was talking about. The negotiation only took 5 or 10 minutes and the paperwork (which has always been the worst part of buying a car) could not have been more than 30 minutes long. The best part is he stayed with us for around 2 hours to make sure we knew how to work every single button and feature in the car. This is my first Mercedes Benz and I felt like I had our based a space ship but after the explanation I think I can work it better than my cable box. I will be back again!

    Crown Mercedes is a good place to buy a car. The sales people are honest and helpful. My salesman Mr. Konstantin C provided excellent service. At time of sales he demonstrated his honesty and knowledge. After I purchased my car he called me several times to ensure that I am satisfied with my Mercedes. The management of this dealership is most helpful. They treated me with integrity and respect. I want to thank the salesman and management of Crown Mercedes for their good job. I highly recommend Crown Mercedes to other customers.

    I just purchased a vehicle from Andrew R and crown. I bought the car site unseen and had it shipped to me. He told me about the car in detail and even sent me a video to show me the car in detail. I look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.

    I purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" Mercedes Benz from Crown Mercedes in DUBLIN OH, near the new Dublin Methodist hospital, right off AVERY Road near MUIRFIELD Golf course. I have had numerous problems with this vehicle since I first drove it off the lot. It had to be "re-certiifed", it had cigarette burns inside never found, it has had systems fail and never rectified. $900.00 and untold hours of my time have been spent trying to get a straight answer from the sales and service departments about this car. Why do I have to replace brakes after a couple months? DEALERSHIP OFFERED TO BUY BACK CAR, THEN RENEGGED DEAL AFTER 2 DAYS. Dealership's General manager has not been able to return calls or e-mails. ALL I EVER ASKED WHEN I BOUGHT THIS CAR IS THAT THEY TAKE CARE OF ME AND RECTIFY PROBLEMS. MERCEDES BENZ IS NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CUSTOMERS THEY SELL CARS TO. CROWN EUROCARS staff has personally insulted me, called me "passive agressive, TYPE A personality, and personally told me they would rectify the problems. In my opinion, as a DERMATOLOGY professional, this company is unreliable. I am highly dissatisfied with my sales and service support at this company. As a responsible consumer and medical professional, I would not put my faith in this organization ever again.

    I recently bought a 2011 E350 from Mike G. at Crown Eurocars of Dublin. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. He was extremely thorough in explaining the car and it's features, taking me on multiple test drives and assisting in the buying process. Most of all, he was not high pressure, leaving the decision to me when I was ready to make it. A refreshing experience to say the least. It's a team effort at Crown from Mike to Tom S. to Dustin in finance and to Service Manager Todd J. You can't go wrong at Crown.
