Winter tune up/warm up of all things FORD FUSION
by G M Ward on 01/28/2022I was happy that I could get an appointment at my desired time and date, and that the entire process didn't take too much time (2 hrs), although previous appointments have been a little quicker. As I look at previous work orders, it is a… little "off setting" that this tune up was more than $20 more expensive than the previous tune up. I might like to know why that is. Over all still very happy with Germain Ford! As for some of the questions below: 1) I was not given a timeframe; 2) i don't think any "commitments" were made; 3) and the price may have been fair, but as I said, it was over $20 more than the last tune up.Hi, thank you for the positive review of our service department! I was kept informed of status of the vehicle and from what I can tell… the recall work was completed successfully. I could not ask for better service from the phone call to set up the appointment to the valet service picking up my F150. by Eric M on 01/24/2022My 2018 F150 had a serious issue. I called in and requested service. I was told it would be 2 days before they could get me in. That just wasn't acceptable, see, this was an oil leak and I travel for my job. So, I drove in, expecting to use… the "quick lane". There was a 2.5hr wait. Nope, again. But "Charlie" said "Let's go over to service and see what they can do." I figured I knew the answer, and expected to hear what I heard on the phone. But, Not the case! "Zack" took my issue seriously and got me in...it took an hour and a half...but I was given a work space, coffee, and perfect service. Really not bad for thinking they didn't have time for me earlier that morning. My truck is my livelihood and necessary for all things. Without Zacks help and service I would have been in serious trouble. Took much less longer than estimated to complete the service
