Dealership Service Review
My 2018 F150 had a serious issue. I called in and requested service. I was told it would be 2 days before they could get me in. That just wasn't acceptable, see, this was an oil leak and I travel for my job. So, I drove in, expecting to use the "quick lane". There was a 2.5hr wait. Nope, again. But "Charlie" said "Let's go over to service and see what they can do." I figured I knew the answer, and expected to hear what I heard on the phone. But, Not the case! "Zack" took my issue seriously and got me in...it took an hour and a half...but I was given a work space, coffee, and perfect service. Really not bad for thinking they didn't have time for me earlier that morning. My truck is my livelihood and necessary for all things. Without Zacks help and service I would have been in serious trouble. Thanks to him and the guys in the garage; you all are awesome!
