2024 mustang GT performance purchase

I liked everything about dealing with the people at Graham Ford where I purchased my new 2024 mustang GT performance car. They were all extremely courteous and helpful and knowledgeable, and I even got to meet some of the service people who were just as great. The entire process was easy and they were extremely fair with the pricing and purchase of my trade-in. I couldn’t have been happier and this is our families third or fourth car that we have purchased at Germain Ford. The salesman and general manager are great guys and I would recommend this dealership.

I brought a f 150 7 dec 2024 from Germain Ford and asked for additional pics of the inside of the truck but never received the pics from William Schier.. i received the truck on Tuesday to see that the seats was rip ... i asked Mr Schier to fix the seats and he has stop all communication with me... i wish i would have known this was how this dealership did business.. i won't have gotten the truck they wanted all the money but won't do right by there customer... sign veteran green

Carpet Mat Crookedness

DONE at 5th purchase! Misrepresentation, accusations and dishonesty by Zach McClish and John Carl destroyed a 25 year relationship. I researched, test drove an Escape with Zach and made a cash purchase on the spot. Free commission…no selling involved! Picked it up with rubber mats from the back installed and not the carpet mats from the test drive. I texted Zack and he told me the sticker didn’t include carpet mats. I persisted in wanting exactly what I purchased the Escape with both sets of mats. John, the manager, called and told me the description online said no carpet mats and there wasn’t verification from Zack of them ever being in the vehicle. He offered to sell me a set of mats for cost. I told him that I would come in and he can either provide the carpet mats or I will return the Escape. I got the mats from John with no apology. Zach McClish and John Carl have proven to be dishonest and in need of customer service training! All over $100’ish manufacture carpet mats!!

The service department is top notch. I had 2 separate things going on and Josh and Mike handled them both the same week while I was away. The teamwork they showed to remedy both issues while they had my truck to minimize my downtime was greatly appreciated.

Zack handled the appointment and all paperwork. He was very polite and professional. My only complaint is Ford requires a service appointment and $118 to perform what used to be a simple transmission fluid check.

Tom and is service staff did a wonderful job. They were prompt with a quote, able schedule an appointment that works with my schedule by picking up the vehicle and delivering it back off instead of having to sit there and wait. The staff notified me of any updates and when they were coming and when they arrived. I would definitely recommend them.

The team at Germain Ford worked hard to come up with a solution that afforded me with options. Had to replace entire motor but was supported the entire way by both Service Advisor and Service Manager.
