2015 Prius 3

The CarFax on the vehicle I purchased stated it had Etune (Toyota hands-free) and navigation. I kept trying it during the test drive to no avail. When I… brought the oversight to their attention, they made some phone calls and scheduled me to have the items (aftermarket) installed. It took a couple weeks to receive the necessary parts in and they scheduled me to have them installed at Columbus Audio. Everything works perfectly to my complete satisfaction. Salesman Domynik Mitchell and Used Car Mgr Dave( were super to work with. Their commitment to make things right for me shows real business integrity, something I value deeply. Thanks to them both. They are a credit to Germain Mazda. All my best to you both.Thank you for sharing your experience! But after the purchase, service is what becomes important. The Germain Mazda service department is… excellent. They get the job done in a timey manner. I appreciate my service advisor, Toni. Impeccable service

She was absolutely the best. They had my car for about a day and a half. So they gave me a… courtesy car to have for that period of time. Toni always kept in contact me via phone call or text message of how the repairs were going, how long it would take, and any future work that should be done. I love their service video of the tech showing me them checking out.the car. It gives me a full idea of how everything looks on my vehicle. I’ve been in the customer service business for 30+ years and I’ve seen good and I’ve seen bad customer service. Toni at Germain Mazda is top-notch A+. Highly recommend coming to Germain Mazda. Trying to convince my wife to trade her Honda and on a Mazda SUV.Mike, we're delighted to hear that Toni provided you with top-notch service at Germain Mazda East of Columbus! The 30000 mile service was quick and thorough , including a video review of the condition of all the major systems. All was well and… the car was washed and ready for pickup in short order. Service Great BUT

I did not like the fact they charge $29.50 to rotate the tires on my newer vehicle that I purchased from them. My past new vehicles, I have always had free rotation… and I continued to buy tires (inflated priced) so the dealership would continue to rotate for free every oil change. I feel like they could do better.Erin, thank you for sharing your feedback. Service Advisor Amy talked me through over the phone how to troubleshoot the problem and squeezed me in that day to get… my battery replaced. She took the time I needed. So sweet and personable and super knowledgeable! Do not buy from this dealer
by Pat S on 06/05/2025Bought a cx 90 plug in hybrid, received an engine failure message after less than 3 weeks in the car. The service department took weeks to even look at the vehicle and now a replacement engine will take 5 months to replace. They do not have… any parts for maintenance of these vehicles and clearly the plug in hybrid is shoddily constructed. Even worse than the above issues with the car, Germain has showed no urgency in fixing the issue or making it right with a customer that has bought 2 new cars in the past 3 years. I surely will not be purchasing from them again, and recommend you do not eitherPat, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered post-purchase.
