My service was done in a very timely manner. Since it was my first service appointment, it was completed at… no cost to me. The video of my service from the technician was an added bonus. I like that they send you a video of your car during the maintenance. I had one service I thought I needed… but was told not really required at that time so that saved some bucks. Outstanding customer service
by Karen Saul on 03/08/2025I went to Germain Mazda because my back up camera was intermittently not showing or working. Germain had replaced my control screen free of charge twice in the past die to recalls and did so with such ease. This intermittent loss of back up… camera was working when I dropped it off and therefore I wasn’t sure what could be done. I spoke to the service dept and they forwarded me to Amy who was definitely a specialist and that shone through in each conversation. Her knowledge base was excellent! We chatted about what could be done efficiently and she broke down what could be done at progressing levels, only done if approved by me. I was totally impressed. Her communication and follow through was outstanding, always on point, and gave me such confidence about the work that was to be done. I received a video report which was excellent by the technician which name I have forgotten I’m sorry. The work was timely, complete, and thorough. I was unable to pick up the car due to my 12plus hour shifts and she made arrangements for me to get the keys from the mgr in the dealership. The process was thorough, efficient, complete, and outstanding. Amy made it seamless and I am grateful for this kind of customer service. I highly recommend your dealership and service because of my experience. Also, prior to this, I was rear ended and needed repairs and when I called Germain, you referred me to Rifes auto body. I wanted original auto parts. Rifes did that and were excellent! I see the light
by Porscha Krieg on 03/06/2025I received a notification that there was a recall on my Mazda's camera and set an appointment up online to have it repaired. Everything was great - I showed up at the dealership for the fix. The service agent told me that the process would… take up until 2 hours, which was surprising as I was under the impression that the camera could be fixed in an hour. They planned to do an inspection. I let them know that I had another appointment to make, and they said that they'd do their best. I waited in a comfortable room with tasty coffee and pleasant people while they did their magic, sent me a video of the inspection with recs for repair, and notified me that my car was ready! Very admirable situation going on here and they knew what they were doing. I made my appointment, had good coffee, and my camera works! I don't know if I will pay dealership rates, but who knows. Good Communication

The video review of the car was very thorough (more thorough than Byers Mazda I might add) and the car was all set in the time frame that was agreed upon. The car ran great after the tune up… with new spark plugs and I am happy with its performance. You are going to pay for car maintenance wherever you go and I trust Mazda to do it right for a competitive price that is not exorbitant. I could always hire someone to throw breaks and rotors on but they would not be under warranty like they are at Mazda if anything goes wrong. Great work Germain!
