Do not buy from this dealer

onBought a cx 90 plug in hybrid, received an engine failure message after less than 3 weeks in the car. The service department took weeks to even look at the vehicle and now a replacement engine will take 5 months to replace. They do not have any parts for maintenance of these vehicles and clearly the plug in hybrid is shoddily constructed. Even worse than the above issues with the car, Germain has showed no urgency in fixing the issue or making it right with a customer that has bought 2 new cars in the past 3 years. I surely will not be purchasing from them again, and recommend you do not either
