I brought my CX 5 in for some service work as well as some warranty work. Toni , the service advisor was the one helping me with the whole process. She was absolutely the best. They had my car for about a day and a half. So they gave me a courtesy car to have for that period of time. Toni always kept in contact me via phone call or text message of how the repairs were going, how long it would take, and any future work that should be done. I love their service video of the tech showing me them checking out.the car. It gives me a full idea of how everything looks on my vehicle. I’ve been in the customer service business for 30+ years and I’ve seen good and I’ve seen bad customer service. Toni at Germain Mazda is top-notch A+. Highly recommend coming to Germain Mazda. Trying to convince my wife to trade her Honda and on a Mazda SUV.
