The dealership was clean, friendly staff and followed through on a promise to me. The CarFax on the vehicle I purchased stated it had Etune (Toyota hands-free) and navigation. I kept trying it during the test drive to no avail. When I brought the oversight to their attention, they made some phone calls and scheduled me to have the items (aftermarket) installed. It took a couple weeks to receive the necessary parts in and they scheduled me to have them installed at Columbus Audio. Everything works perfectly to my complete satisfaction.
