  • Better check that requested service is performed

    I requested an oil change, break inspection and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated, it was only removed from my bill when I pointed it out. There was also no evidence that my wheels had been removed for a proper brake inspection. Not a single fingerprint on any tire or rim. Never ever returning to this dealership for service.
    • Mr. Smith a great apologize if the techs forgot to rotate your tires. I have the service manager looking to resolve why or how this could have happened. That said, I would be happy to rotate your tires for free and provide you with a brake inspection. Sorry this happened and I can assure you this is not a trend here.     My wife and I as of Aug 21’ are new to the Jeep family with a same day purchase of both a Wrangler & Gladiator. Approaching the year mark since our investment the two were due for oil changes almost one right after the other. Each of the two visits proved to be an identical experience. Utilizing the express oil change available the Caldwell service team proved friendly, helpful, and efficient. In addition to the necessary maintenance it was discovered that the manufacturer issued multiple suggested repairs/modifications, which the team offered to manage simultaneously. Encompassing the two separate visits I would specifically like to highlight the friendly personalities and attention to detail in communication that I received from Joe and Savannah. No doubt I will continue to trust the health of my Jeeps with the Caldwell service team. Thanks again guys for a great experience!

    Went to take a look at a 2021 Dodge Challenger Super Bee today. Worked with Korey Jones and Jeff Kiehle and got the deal done. Fantastic team. Fair trade in, great price on the Challenger and overall fantastic buying experience top to bottom. No high pressure sales tactics, just open and honest sales.

    Ok, the good....Korey Jones was great to work with. He was personable, kept me updated and the process moved fast. Also Steve in finance was also wonderful and I mentioned that I never had been in and out so fast (trading in and buying a new car in under two hours). Now the bad....sales manager Shawn was pretty unbearable. He was condescending, cocky and when I asked about a $4,250 addition to the bill and found out it was an optional coverage package that no one asked me about, he said "all my customers think it's a no brainer." It wasn't until i told him to give me back my key and I'd take the business elsewhere that he became somewhat nice. All in all, I'd recommend this dealership but try to not work with Shawn. Korey and Steve are both fantastic.
    • Mr. Thompson I apologize if you were less than satisfied with an employees interaction and I will be sure to broach the topic. In regards to products, we are required by law to offer 100% of all available product to every customer that inquires on a vehicle. That said, none of this is required to purchase and sounds like there could be a better approach.     This is my second time getting my Jeep serviced at this dealership. Savannah helped me this time, different from my prior visit. She ensured the service I requested would truly solve my car’s issue and communicated with me multiple times on updates from the tech. The customer service Savannah delivered was a 180 from my initial visit. She did a solid job!

  • Delivery of my ‘new to me’ car was shocking!

    After making a very fair deal on on my new used car, I thought it would be about 15 minutes to do a quick wash before delivery. After waiting about 30 min, I was presented with a brand new looking gorgeous Mazda 3. I was impressed with James, my sales representative for his thoroughness in the entire process of purchasing an excellent used car from the Bob Cardwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Organization.

    My 4 year old Hyndai was sputtering and stalling so took it to Cody Curtis at Caldwell Auto. He kept if for a week but after new plugs and a coil it runs like a year old antelope. And price was okay. Thanks Cody and Caldwell - good job as usual.

    Jen was great to work with!! We came down from Findlay Ohio to look at a car for my 18 year old son and she had it gassed up and ready to go on a test drive even turning someone else away that had stopped in to look at that same car knowing that we were on our way. We would definitely go there again next time we are looking for a car.

In 1950, Ruth Ann Caldwell encouraged her husband Bob to follow his dreams. Later that year, Bob opened a small car lot in Columbus on High Street with the slogan "Where High Street Bends, Your Car Worries End." After 16 years of success selling quality used vehicles Bob Caldwell was approached by Chrysler to open a franchise on Morse Rd. He did so in November 1967 and Bob Caldwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was born.

Fast forward to today and we have celebrated our 50th year of operation, still family owned and operated by Bob's three daughters and we have welcomed the 3rd Generation with Justin Harmon as the General Manager. We have grown to over 115 employees and we are thankful for every year that we get to serve the City of Columbus, State of Ohio and all our surrounding neighbors.
