Better check that requested service is performed

I requested an oil change, break inspection and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated, it was only removed from my bill when I pointed it out. There was also no evidence that my wheels had been removed for a proper brake inspection. Not a single fingerprint on any tire or rim. Never ever returning to this dealership for service.

Mr. Smith a great apologize if the techs forgot to rotate your tires. I have the service manager looking to resolve why or how this could have happened. That said, I would be happy to rotate your tires for free and provide you with a brake inspection. Sorry this happened and I can assure you this is not a trend here.
