    I visited a few car dealers before I went to Jeff Wyler at the Colerain location and Conrad Barnes was my sales person and because of Conrad, my car buying experience was very nice and satisfying. He never rushed me into buying the car and answered all my questions very patiently and whenever I called him he was always available. I am very pleased that I met Conrad Barnes at Jeff Wyler and I think he is an asset to the company as he has exceptional customer service skills.     Damon our sales associate was immensely helpful, he spent a great deal of time with us, locating just the right vehicle, as well as ensuring we understood all options available. He was knowledgeable and respectful during the negotiation process. We love the 2015 Honda Fit and are very glad that Damon helped us with our decision between an EX or a LX....EX of course and are satisfied that we went with the silver color because of our extra long gravel driveway and side road!!

    Every time I visited the Jeff Wyler Honda (Colerain) showroom, I was greeted by a super friendly sales person. I first worked with Macello Gray. He was informative and took his time to go over the specs/engine even for a woman shopping alone. I wasn't ready to purchase, so I can't speak as to his negotiating. The 2nd time, my husband and I were both met by Bobby Grigsby. He too was friendly and knowledgeable, but did help push to get us a deal we could work with. Ninety-nine of the blame of our not purchasing a car from Bobby could be put on Lance Hargrove. Lance was arrogant and demeaning to us. He went as far as to assume we don't make enough money to buy a Honda by saying, "Our average customer makes $60, 000 a year," not even knowing what our income was at the time. He offered us a vehicle for $2000 MORE than it was listed for on their website. I did a live chat and got no help. I wrote a letter to Jeff Wyler and got no response. I left a negative message on Facebook and got a response. They asked me to come in and give them another chance. I'm glad I did. Aaron Frisk was AWESOME! I met with him on several occasions. He took his time, researched for the right answers to my questions, and helped fight for us in pricing. Lance Hargrove on the other hand was heckling me about how my wanting a passenger armrest was an, "expensive armrest." Jeff Wyler Honda could have made a ton more money if they had worked with us in buying the 1st (used) CR-V we were interested in. Instead, Aaron Frisk helped us get a new one for a steal. The day we bought, several others were buying vehicles and the finance department was backed up. Aaron stayed 45 minutes after his shift was over to set up our new car to our specs and to make sure we knew how to use and change things in the future. We left with a handshake and an offer to see him anytime we needed anything with our new car. I will be asking for Aaron Frisk the next time we need to purchase a Honda and I hope you'll ask for AARON FRISK too!

    I had a great experience of buying a new car at Jeff Wyler Honda. Jim was very attentive and informative with everything. Even though we kept everyone there later than they wanted to, they were always helpful and friendly! I highly recommend working with Jeff Wyler and imparticular, Jim!

    My husband and I went to this dealership on a weekend looking to buy a honda accord. Our salesman Conrad was very nice, helpful and patient to us. Until Lannce H, apparently he was the sales manager, talked to us. This is not our first time buying a car and we are not the ones who buy a car in a day. I know it is sales.. But he was so rude to us. He is kinda persistent for us to buy a car today and i know how it works. But when we told told him that we are not buying a car and i told him, thank you for you business, HE SAID, "THERE IS NO BUSINESS" and just left and walked away without even saying thank you. My husband and I heard it right and that pissed me off to the roof. He even kinda told us that we wasted Conrad's time if we don't buy a car today. I didn't need to hear that and i don't really care. I don't think customers should be treated like that. It is not because we are asians, we will be treated like this. I think he was being racist. I had to talk and confront him but he doesn't seem apologetic with what happened and even boastful. he didn't apologize with his attitude and I told him that we were supposed to be speaking with another manager and he told he was the manager. that i'm supposed to talk to. I know he was trying to get away from it because Bob, the other sales man told me that there is another manager who was gonna talk to me. when he said he was the manager, i could not believe it. i think he lied on that part so we just went away and our day has gone bad anyway because of his attitude. i felt like we were definitely disrespected at all level by this man and poor Conrad, we would have come back next week for the good deal he gave us. But now, i would not even come back in your place in a heart beat. I have bought cars before and went to different dealership but never treated like this. Customers deserve a good customer service. I've never been told by someone that there is no business. I know there wasn't but your supposed to at least say thank you. Never did i hear it from this annoying man. He was very rude!!!! I am a Registered Nurse and my husband works in customer service and we know what customer service means. He made me so mad! I'm definitely not coming back to your place. Disgusting and ridiculous racist customer service.

  • Three Honda's

    In the past 6 week I have bought or leased three cars for Jeff Wyler on Colerain. The salesman, Dan M., that I worked with was great. He showed great patience and willingness to do whatever they needed to do to get the deals done. When other Honda dealers were not willing to work with me Jeff Wyler's management team wanted to step up and get the deal one! The only thing I could say that is a negative would be the time I spent in the showroom. I guess when you are working on three separate deals you should expect that. Bottom line is they did what they had to do to get the deals done! Especially the last deal, it happened very quickly and to my surprise right where I wanted to be. Our new 2015 Honda Pilot EX is in the garage because of Dan and Lance's hard work and had great patience. Don't know how they did it! No other dealer was willing to work with me on that vehicle. It was always here's the price, take it or leave it! Thanks to everyone at Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain! In addition, I needed to have the valves adjusted on one of my kids Honda Accords and I had quotes from three places. My favorite local mechanic, another Honda dealer and Jeff Wyler. Jeff Wyler beat the price from one by $137 and the other by $60. Every penny counts and our Honda will be serviced at Jeff Wyler!

    Al S exhibited professionalism and responded to my questions and worked hard to meet my needs with exceptional customer service. I worked with Al on the purchase of my 2010 Honda, and again with my new 2014 Honda Civic. He, Jim S and the entire Jeff Wyler Honda team were diligent in helping to meet my needs in gaining a new car while staying within my budget. Every question was answered, and every concern was dealt with to my satisfaction.

    Five Star Treatment ***** From the moment we stepped on the lot and were helped by Al (our wonderful salesperson....no pressure, just gave us the information we needed and helped us make one of the best purchase decisions we have made in years!). Thank you Al and Hank S (Superstar Sales Manager)....you both made what is normally a stressful experience to be dreaded, a most pleasant one instead. I would recommend your dealership to ANYONE...even my friends...ESPECIALLY my friends...and know that they would be handled with care and respect.

    We responded to a mailed notice of a "mega sale" at this dealership. We found a vehicle we really liked but after driving it were told that unfortunately this vehicle was not "part of the sale" afterall and the price we had been told before the test drive (~$27,000....with a promise that they'd be willing to deal) was wrong...it was really $33,000+. Since the sticker price for this car when new was still in the glove compartment and showed $37,000, and the car now was 3 years old with over 50,000 miles on it this new price was ridiculous. We obviously could not agree on a price after this maneuver, which I understand is just part of the process. What was totally unacceptable, however, was the very rude treatment we received at this point and the dealership's unwillingness to deliver the "free gift" as promised on the mailing...in fact, they claimed they couldn't even find the mailing which they had taken from us as soon as we got there. Most likely we would have won the lowest value item - and in fact it wasn't the gift that we came for (we were prepared to buy a car!) - but the whole thing left a terrible taste in my mouth. I'd never buy anything from this dealership, and would warn customers to watch out for their false advertising and sleezy process.

    After years of not having to purchase a new car due to receiving a company car, I had to bite the bullet and give in. Dreading the process, I chose the least offensive method of contacting dealers via the internet and received a call from a very cheery Katie--by the way, the only dealership to call vs. reply by email. I eventually ended up at the dealership for a test drive & was first impressed with the salesmen who came out to greet me. I told him I had spoken with Katie and he immediately told me that he would get an internet sales person as they really did not want to step on their toes. Honesty---makes a great first impression. Test drove with Marty who was extremely helpful. I had done as much research as possible on Edmunds and elsewhere and knew where I wanted to end up in terms of price. We eventually settled on a price that was fair to both of us...I didn't buy that day but wanted to see what other dealers had to say. Only one dealer was able to beat them, but it was a four hour drive away--my time and money and my friends time that would be taken to get the car eventually outweighed the lower price. I had absolutely no sales pressure...there was mention of paint protection from both sales reps and of course, the F&I guy did his thing on the warranty and gap insurance. There was no pressure to finance through Honda, but as someone who was financing I would have been a fool to pass up 3.9 financing or 2.9% on a shorter term. It was a no brainer. Their selection was great..Marty spent a lot of time with me on the lot looking for a specific car--and as it turns out they ended up bringing it in from another dealership since the one I wanted sold before I got back. I have already recommended them to two people who are looking to buy new hondas and I definitely recommend that everyone do their research on options, TMV, etc. Wyler Colerain has restored my faith in the car purchase process. Thanks.

    The salesman was either unknowledgeable or dishonest about the inventory, and told me that the model I was interested in was not available, when in fact it was. There was also a lot of pressure to use the in-house financing as opposed to outside financing with a much lower rate. The dealership should inform you before purchase that you will have to come back for the paint protection.

    I've bought plenty of cars in my 52 years, and none was less hassle than the one today at this dealer. I negotiated with about 15 dealers in Indiana (where I live), Ohio, and Kentucky, and none offered a deal that was within several hundred dollars of Wyler's. The nearest Indianapolis dealer, a Costco referral, was about $600 more! The salesman was polite and pleasant -- perhaps because this was just his second sale. The rest of the staff was decent enough and there was no effort to cheat me when the papers were being signed. They even matched the Saccucci Internet discount for the Honda Care extended warranty. It was well worth the 90 minute drive each way. As always, I had the dealer email me the out-the-door price and the VIN number before I made the drive. There was a $75 discrepancy in their favor in the finance office, but I showed the email and they quickly erased it.

    These guys are great, I used Edmunds and nohagglepricing to send to 5 local dealers in the area and Jeff Wyler honda beat them all hands down and no one else would even touch the price they gave me. They were very friendly, easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend the internet Sales team at Jeff Wyler Honda.

    This buying experience was very pleasant. John R., my sales agent covered every detail about the 2013 Honda Civic from bumper to bumper. He had a vehicle ready to test drive when I arrived. He answered any questions about the new technology featured on 2013 Honda Civic EX. Such as the ECO Button, safety back up camera, and Bluetooth cellphone car-kit to name a few. I'd like to thank John and his sales team for making me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend John R. to friends and family.

    I have rated Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain a 5 out of 5 because my experience there was awesome! I was pleasantly greeted by a young man by the name of Demareay M. He was competent, intelligent about the product, and very well spoken. I might have asked him a million questions about the car and he answered all of my questions completely and was very patient with me. As a female buying a new car alone, Demareay made me feel extremely comfortable. I did not feel like he was out to get in my pockets or anything of that nature. He listened to what I needed in a car and did not stray away from my specific needs. I felt I had his undivided attention and that he was genuinely interested in helping me get into the car of my dreams. I must say that by far this has been my best car buying experience and I will not be buying a car anywhere else besides Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain, with Demareay M. as my salesman! I love my new car and I am happy with the deal that I made on my new 2014 Honda Civic Coupe EX! Thanks a bunch. Sincerely, Torrie Coston

    Has this industry changed so much over the last few years? Granted the last new car I bought was 7 yrs ago, but this is the 9th new car I bought, and I don't remember buying a new car was this easy. I got internet quotes from a few local dealers. I felt Jeff Wyler Honda's price was good and fair. I called, and let them know that I was coming, did a test drive, filled out some paper work, and out with my new car in couple of hours; didn't even need to negotiate the price. The staff was absolutely friendly and professional. There was no hidden cost at all; what a pleasant surprise!

    After internet communication with Conrad, who quickly gave us quotes on a new 2013 CRV-EX, we went in to test drive. Conrad was not available that day so Bobby took over helping us. Bobby was a delight to work with. We were smitten with the Titanium color CRV-EX but decided to check other colors. Bobby was willing bring any car right up to the showroom door or we could walk the car lot. Nice weather so we walked the lot. We've been to other dealerships and the sales person usually only wanted us to test drive whatever color and style was handy for them to go get. Maybe this is how they treat women customers, I don't know but we don't buy cars that way. Bobby showed us a Basque Red CRV-EXL and we changed our minds and bought this one. It cost more but we're really happy with this choice. This SUV is beautiful and rides like a dream. Chuck went over the new car price and our trade-in value and we're happy with the deal. Sean did the paperwork and made it quick and easy for us by explaining each sheet. They are all very personable to work with and we'll be recommending Jeff Wyler to others, no matter if it's new or used. We've also bought new vehicles from Jeff Wyler Kia and Jeff Wyler Nissan in the past. Will be returning in the future when it's time to trade in.

    From the time we walked into the Showroom, Jim S. patiently listned to our needs & put that into perspective for us with a couple of options around the financing portion + the car options. Jim was very quick to grab the keys & give us a test ride so we were able to do a more apple to apples comparison. Unfortunately due to the number of people in the showroom (I guess that in itself echoes this review) looking for a new car - we did have to wait considerably longer. But, once again, Jim went above & beyond to make our waiting experience as painless as possible. Thank you Jim for all your help in making our experience a breeze. We will definitely be coming back to Jeff Wyler in another 3 years. Hope to see you then, as well :-) Samir, Rama & Siddharth Desai
