From the time we walked into the Showroom, Jim S. patiently listned to our needs & put that into perspective for us with a couple of options around the financing portion + the car options. Jim was very quick to grab the keys & give us a test ride so we were able to do a more apple to apples comparison. Unfortunately due to the number of people in the showroom (I guess that in itself echoes this review) looking for a new car - we did have to wait considerably longer. But, once again, Jim went above & beyond to make our waiting experience as painless as possible. Thank you Jim for all your help in making our experience a breeze.
