by Jolynbr on 07/25/2023I was a few minutes early for my appointment but was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. They offered a loaner however my husband and I decided to wait. They have very comfortable chairs, a large screen TV and best of all coffee or… tea. We really enjoyed our visit but especially we knew we would get VIP treatment and we did. It's a bit of a ride to get there but it is well worth it. Joyce Buick is our company for life! wrong size tire
by dan1234 on 08/09/2018the dealership fixed there mistake they put the wrong size tire on my vehicle when I bought it then I rotated the tires the wrong size on the back did not fit on the front it rubbed but they gave it to me to take home the tire started to… smell from rubbing so I returned it and they repaired itWe are very sorry to hear about the initial difficulties you experienced at Joyce Buick GMC, but were glad to hear that things have been smoothed over by our team.
