    I took my 2015 Ford Explorer in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was courteous and professional. Very happy with overall experience!

    Awesome experience, left Green Ford because of lousy experience and sleazy sales tactics and I got a C-Max from these guys - in and out in less than 3 hours. Great job!

    took my mustang there to get my trans fixed and stuff and they fixed other problems that i didn't even ask for or even came there for when they fixed all that stuff that was under warranty i was happy and glad for there hard work even tho they kept my car for to long but it was worth it

    Jerry was a wonderful salesman and took very good care of us. When I had to bring the car back after a few days because of a strange noise he made sure I had something to drive while they were fixing it. I thank the shop for fitting it in unexpectedly and for finishing it that day. I love my car and would recommend Cresent Ford to everyone!

    The service and time spent to do so was on target and professional as always. I also had Tim research issues with my transmission which they found the cause of my issue and we're working to a solution date once the parts arrive.

    I was in yesterday for service on my 2014 Fusion. The work was done in a timely manner Bob and all the guys in the service dept are always friendly. Had a moment to speak with my salesman Michael Curtis looking forward to doing more business in the future. Crescent Ford is A1
  • Driveline vibration

    I appreciate the service I received from Crescent Ford. I was given a loaner vechicle to drive while my warranty work was being performed. I believed the service department did their best to fix my problem. I had a bad diveline vibration from 50-70 mph, the rear-view mirror would shake above 70 mph. The mechanic replaced the driveshaft first, which did not fix the vibration. Then, a new ring & pinion, seals, bearings, and fluids were installed. This eliminated 90% of the vibration, there is still a slight vibration remaining. I had my wheels road forced balanced afterwards, but there is still a minor vibration. Thank you, Brian Guffey

    My Chevrolet HHR was hit by a deer. The body shop at Cresent Ford did an excellent job repair the damage! The staff was very helpful and nice.

    I appreciated the honest, sincere concern in evaluating and diagnosing the problems, and the prompt notification once the problems had been found. I felt that the price was a bit higher than it should be; however, I do appreciate the confidence I can have in knowing the problem WILL be discovered, and corrected, when I take my vehicle to Crescent Ford Service Department.

    Will Warren did a great job. My AC was beginning to fair and he resolved, changed my oil and rotated my tires while I waited for it. I have two Fords that are being service as needed at Crescent. Always a great experience. See you soon. Larry Flagg

    I needed a 150,000 mile checkup, inspection, oil/filter change, and had a disturbing shudder at certain times that felt like a transmission issue. I called the service department, got an appointment for the next day, and dropped it off in the morning. Service personnel were pleasant and took their time to listen to my concerns and discuss possible issues/repairs. I got a call later in the day that everything was ready, and picked up the same day. The truck ran better than ever, and the worrisome shudder was gone (cylinder misfire issue, not trans.). I was very pleased and feel secure knowing the dealership did the work and will back it up. Thanks Crescent Ford!

    Our experience w/Crescent Ford was one that we felt comfortable w/no high pressure sales. Our Salesman, Alan, was awesome in being friendly and having the knowledge of the 2015 Explorer. The purchasing also went smoothly and fairly quickly. Loving our new vehicle! Definitely will purchase from Crescent For again! :-)
