Quick service; Great repairs

I needed a 150,000 mile checkup, inspection, oil/filter change, and had a disturbing shudder at certain times that felt like a transmission issue. I called the service department, got an appointment for the next day, and dropped it off in the morning. Service personnel were pleasant and took their time to listen to my concerns and discuss possible issues/repairs. I got a call later in the day that everything was ready, and picked up the same day. The truck ran better than ever, and the worrisome shudder was gone (cylinder misfire issue, not trans.). I was very pleased and feel secure knowing the dealership did the work and will back it up.
