First impression of the service department for my new car 5k mile visit: amazing! Shelby George was welcoming, friendly and helpful! Tire rotation and car wash was finished quickly!

They're always upgrading and improving their facilities to… enhance the consumer's experience. Highly recommend.Quick, easy service

They even parked the car at the far end of the lot that she would have had to walk to had I not asked… the attendant to bring to us around front. Disappointed at the incredibly long wait time.Why Aaron is the best

I was made to feel stupid about the issue with my car. I was accused of tinting my windows and that’s why my window was… broken. Car was not ready on time, no communication and uneducated staff when I finally picked up my car. If I could give zero stars I would.Randy always is so helpful and fast! I appreciate his kindness!

Had an appointment at 11AM however after 2 hours went by they came out and told me I needed 2 filters and tire balancing. That took another hour. Even though this was… unusual for Service the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager were both very nice, professional and apologetic for the extra wait time. Very good guys. My bill was $ 349.00 and $ 200.00 was labor alone which I feel is very pricey.
