First oil change

Took two hours for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for, had my elderly grandmother with me and neither of us were please. They even parked the car at the far end of the lot that she would have had to walk to had I not asked the attendant to bring to us around front. Disappointed at the incredibly long wait time.
