Was in your dealership on 8/05/23 for oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment at 11AM however after 2 hours went by they came out and told me I needed 2 filters and tire balancing. That took another hour. Even though this was unusual for Service the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager were both very nice, professional and apologetic for the extra wait time. Very good guys. My bill was $ 349.00 and $ 200.00 was labor alone which I feel is very pricey.
