We dealt with Sarah McKenzie (Sales) and Ryan Crist (Used car sales manager) They stayed late and… worked with us on our trade in. Great overall experience. We also purchased some accessories from the parts department from Derek, an excellent person to work with. We have purchase other cars from the Hendrick Auto Group in the past and had great experiences with them, so it made sense to try out the new dealership. We could no be happier. I highly recommend this dealership fro a new or used VW or any car that they have on the lot. You will not regret visiting them.Great people to deal with when buying a vehicle.

BreAnna Griffin and Chip Olin are fantastic, this is absolutely how buying a car should be. BreAnna worked with us on whatever we needed and… didn't dance around what we didn't. They stick by their word. Have purchased cars from Shelor Motor Mile and dealers in WV, and BreAnna at Hendrick tops them all. The Way Car Buying Should Be

Upon arriving at Hendrick Volkswagen I was greeted by a salesman named Antonio… Minchilli who was absolutely great! He didn't hassle me into buying a car, actually what he did was walk me around the lot and just educated me on each vehicle and was very friendly. I test drove two cars, a Passat and a 2013 Tiguan SE. I absolutely fell in love with both cars but ended up purchasing the Tiguan. This dealership treated me very well and had a very welcoming environment. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. If you ever swing by to look around, ask for Antonio!Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! Antonio is wonderful, isn't he?! Dread car buying NO MORE!!

I have never purchased from a dealership that seemed to be one step ahead throughout the entire process. From handling… our trade in appraisal while we were on a test drive, to filling our new car with gas while we were completing our purchase, to having the car detailed and ready to go when we were done signing papers. Everything went very fast and extremely smooth. We had the pleasure of having BreAnna Griffin as our sales consultant. She is absolutely amazing!! By the time we left I felt like she had become our friend not just sold us a car. She kept the mood light, was extremely knowledgeable, and made a normally stressful experience completely relaxed and fun! She went way above our expectations in many ways throughout the entire process. She made us feel like a member of a car buying family!! We will purchase from her again!! We love our new Beetle!!! After speaker ng with him on my needs he directed me to a few options and actually took the time to check the other Hendricks… dealerships in the strip for just the right fit for family. It was a very pleasant visit where I was not pressured or hounded. My needs were exceeded and I surprisin purchased a van that was more than affordable but also made my family very happy. In the future if I am in the market for a VW I will certainly stop by hedricks first and ask for Andy and Jerry. (Who was also very helpful in the purchasing process).Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. Andy and Jerry are both wonderful key members to our team! Should Have Walked Away
by wburg02 on 04/21/2015Bought a car here about a month ago and was just looking at my paperwork. In the buying process I was having second thoughts and decided to keep my car, but just about everybody in the dealership that day swarmed over us. They offered an… extra amount for my trade, and said they could throw in a maintenance plan and some oil changes. One would think that since this was offered the dealer would pay for it, I mean it's just good business and truthful. However that does not seem to be the case, as a car that was supposed to be 6,223.77 after trade-in is for some unknown reason being financed at 9,879.72. So much for throwing anything in, more like throwing fleece over my eyes. Watch out for this dealership, they charge outrageous fees for services you didn't even know you were paying for. p.s. The car I bought was an '07 Saturn Vue Hybrid that I really only bought because it was supposed to get 27 city mpg/32 hwy mpg. So far my BEST combined mpg has been 24 with 75% hwy driving. Gee thanks for selling me a hybrid suv that gets worse gas mileage than a v6 suv. This dealership is awful. ZERO integrity.Glad to report that this customers issue has been resolved. We appreciate the opportunity that was given to address these concerns and to take care of our customer!
