My wife and I purchased a 2012 VW Tiguan SEL from this dealership. Everyone there treated us with respect and were extremely courteous. We dealt with Sarah McKenzie (Sales) and Ryan Crist (Used car sales manager) They stayed late and worked with us on our trade in. Great overall experience. We also purchased some accessories from the parts department from Derek, an excellent person to work with. We have purchase other cars from the Hendrick Auto Group in the past and had great experiences with them, so it made sense to try out the new dealership. We could no be happier. I highly recommend this dealership fro a new or used VW or any car that they have on the lot. You will not regret visiting them.
