First shopped on line to see if Hendrick VW had what I wanted. Then went to the dealer and BreAnna was my salesperson. She immediately found the car I was looking for and brought it to the front. After a test drive I went on my way. No hard sell, no pressure just "I'll be here if you decide to buy." She was very knowledgeable about the Jetta TDI, friendly and easy to work with. Very pleasent experience.
