The time we spent at Hendrick Volkswagen of Concord was no less than an outstanding experience from beginning to end. I have never purchased from a dealership that seemed to be one step ahead throughout the entire process. From handling our trade in appraisal while we were on a test drive, to filling our new car with gas while we were completing our purchase, to having the car detailed and ready to go when we were done signing papers. Everything went very fast and extremely smooth. We had the pleasure of having BreAnna Griffin as our sales consultant. She is absolutely amazing!! By the time we left I felt like she had become our friend not just sold us a car. She kept the mood light, was extremely knowledgeable, and made a normally stressful experience completely relaxed and fun! She went way above our expectations in many ways throughout the entire process. She made us feel like a member of a car buying family!! We will purchase from her again!! We love our new Beetle!!!
