FIrst Visit to Quick Lube Facility
by PTParks on 07/26/20162016 Mustang GT. First time visitor to the quick lube facility. Very busy early on with a 2 hour wait for service. Noticed that 3-4 bays were unused for any services. You need more service technicians to handle the load. However I am… happy to report that my oil change only took 1 hour, although my wait and the wait of other customers would have been much shorter if you had more help. I talked to 1 individual that was leaving because of the backlog.Excellent Customer Service

Recently I bought a used 2007 Mustang, so I took it to Crossroads Ford… Quick Service to get an oil change, I asked if they minded doing a quick check of the car since I just bought it used. They did a very nice all over check for free. I thought this was very nice, I will continue to use Crossroads Ford Quick Service!Great service and waiting area

by MyLastFord38 on 07/04/2016Both F150 front tire edges worn out at 5000 miles. I chose not to rotate and ruin the rear tires. I normally change my own oil so did not complain until 18000 miles. At 18k, tires should have been about 50%. Fronts were completely worn out… but rears were 50% and look good. I complained to Crossroad main service garage. They told me it was my fault because I didn't rotate and sent me to their express garage. The express garage said they dont do warranty work and that the goodyear wrangler tire is junk. Even at 18000 miles I would expect the tires to be usable. This will be my last Ford vehicle.Perfect First Time Buying Experience

As discussed with various people at CrossRoad Ford, dealerships are gauging the public, by inflating… labor time and rates. Believe it is a matter for NC Attorney General to investigate.GREAT!
