Both front tires worn on inside and outside edges at 18000 miles

Both F150 front tire edges worn out at 5000 miles. I chose not to rotate and ruin the rear tires. I normally change my own oil so did not complain until 18000 miles. At 18k, tires should have been about 50%. Fronts were completely worn out but rears were 50% and look good. I complained to Crossroad main service garage. They told me it was my fault because I didn't rotate and sent me to their express garage. The express garage said they dont do warranty work and that the goodyear wrangler tire is junk. Even at 18000 miles I would expect the tires to be usable. This will be my last Ford vehicle.
