FIrst Visit to Quick Lube Facility

2016 Mustang GT. First time visitor to the quick lube facility. Very busy early on with a 2 hour wait for service. Noticed that 3-4 bays were unused for any services. You need more service technicians to handle the load. However I am happy to report that my oil change only took 1 hour, although my wait and the wait of other customers would have been much shorter if you had more help. I talked to 1 individual that was leaving because of the backlog.
