Management Issue at CrossRoads Ford

The job was estimate to take 2.2. hours, was completed in one hour, on lift to off life! Result, I was charged $264 for one hour labor. As discussed with various people at CrossRoad Ford, dealerships are gauging the public, by inflating labor time and rates. Believe it is a matter for NC Attorney General to investigate.
