    My wife and I were recommend to go see Rob at Crossroads Cary. He was wonderful. My wife and I are teachers so we prefer to email and set up appointments as we can do that at school. Rob was wonderful. He found something for my wife and I and we really like our purchase. We have already recommended him to our family and friends. The whole process, including financing was outstanding. We would recommend Crossroads Cary to others.

    The cleaning of the car did not happen as stated. Only one key with car. They have two keys from mfg. and should have two keys when sold. No owner's guide with the car. Again the cars comes with one when new. Yes this was a used car, but it only 2 two years old and the keys and guide should be with the car. If not, then should be supplied by the dealer. There should be some kind of warranty with a used car. If something happens right after the sale, the buyer should cover the cost 100%. A 30 day warranty should be offered.

    I took my 2015 Ford Edge in for regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation. Staff was kind, courteous, recognized me. I could have had the oil changed in my home town, 60 miles away from Cary. However, I love the way Crossroads staff treats me when I come in for service. I feel valued. I feel that if there is an issue of any kind that they will let me know, and it will be fixed. I feel like a valued customer of both the dealership and the service departments.

    I came in to Crossroads at 8:00. My appointment was at 8:30. I was taken care of immediately and was back home in Durham by 10:30. Great experience. Everyone was extremely courteous. Thanks.

    Service rep and tech quickly identified my ambiguous problem, worked my unscheduled visit into a full schedule, and made the needed part replacement within several hours (timely!). In addition, dealt with a recall issue I had not noticed. Great communication, excellent service.

    This was the second car that I bought from Mark Rooyakers and the third new Ford that I have purchased from Crossroads in the last 5 years. Crossroads Ford does an excellent job of helping me get what I need every time, and Ford continues to provide my family with a great product. I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last 10 years, and each one has been from Crossroads Ford.

    I had just purchased my 2016 Ford Edge the first week of February 2016. In March I began to experience problems with a series of warnings; ie, Cross Traffic System Fault,Blindspot System Fault,etc. When this occurred my AC/Heat didn't work and my winds would not go down. I my vehicle was in and out of the Service Dept for several months. Finally, in July, the problem was found and fixed. Chris Skelton and the technician James were absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for their tenacity in resolving this issue with my Ford Edge. They were both determined to find the problem and they did. They both were just outstanding.

    To everyone at Cross Roads Ford I would like to thank Martin Thomas, Lisa Esposito, Andre Cannon, and Sig Feuersanger for helping me make the move to a new Ford F-150 Platinum. You took a double GM guy and moved him to Ford in one transaction. It took me several trips into your dealership over many months but I made the right choice. I also would like to thank Cross Roads Parts for there help in helping me this week arrange to have Tonneau cover put on the F-150. John Sleboda was very helpful in picking the right one for me.     Kate was great, she listened to my questions, answered them. Then she found me the perfect car. All the staff I encoutered were very helpful and kind, especiall Kate, her manager and the chap who processed my loan. Crossroads Ford is top notch :)

    I was getting into my car when the car would not start. I felt that it was the battery but given that the vehicle had little over 12,000 miles in four years I couldn't understand why I would be having this kind of problem. After calling someone to jump start the vehicle I then proceeded along with my disability husband to drive 40 miles to your location to have the battery checked out. They did and informed me that I had a defective battery which was replaced with a new one. What made this event not stressful was that even though the wait time was 45 to 60 minutes, they had me out of there in about 30 minutes with work completed. Thanks-a-bunch, Ford people for doing such a great job for me and my husband.

    I had an inspection done on my mustang. I was greeted by a nice young man in a professional manner. He had me wait in the waiting room and before I knew it my car was already done!! Very reasonable price for the inspection as well!! I was very happy and will be bringing my husbands truck in next month.
