Great Service Department

onI had just purchased my 2016 Ford Edge the first week of February 2016. In March I began to experience problems with a series of warnings; ie, Cross Traffic System Fault,Blindspot System Fault,etc. When this occurred my AC/Heat didn't work and my winds would not go down. I my vehicle was in and out of the Service Dept for several months. Finally, in July, the problem was found and fixed. Chris Skelton and the technician James were absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for their tenacity in resolving this issue with my Ford Edge. They were both determined to find the problem and they did. They both were just outstanding.
