I was getting into my car when the car would not start. I felt that it was the battery but given that the vehicle had little over 12,000 miles in four years I couldn't understand why I would be having this kind of problem. After calling someone to jump start the vehicle I then proceeded along with my disability husband to drive 40 miles to your location to have the battery checked out. They did and informed me that I had a defective battery which was replaced with a new one. What made this event not stressful was that even though the wait time was 45 to 60 minutes, they had me out of there in about 30 minutes with work completed. Thanks-a-bunch, Ford people for doing such a great job for me and my husband.
