    We are leasing a Fusion Energy. The check engine light appeared and we brought the car in for service. We were given a loaner for the day until our car was finished. Excellent service!!!

    It's always a pleasure to interact with Tara Ross. Her customer services skills are fantastic. She keeps the customer (well, me anyway) in the loop about the status of the work being done as well as the cost involved. The repair took a little longer than expected because an issue arose while test driving my car after the repair but the dealership was accountable. The mechanic is always tidy, putting down a paper sheet to protect the floor of my car and well knowledged in the work being performed. I immediately noticed a difference in my brakes as soon as I got in my car to depart the dealership.

    I had a 7:30AM appt, kind of wish you opened at 7:15. 7:30 on the dot the doors opened with a smile. EXCELLENT service by Kathy, she immediately introduced herself to me and shook my hand. She needed the mileage on my car and didn't even ask that I go get it. She went out for it and obtained my insurance card for me for the loaner car. I was very impressed with that service. She also walked me out and made sure to point out the loaner car. Pick up went the same way, was greeted by Rachel who immediately knew where my paperwork was and what was done to the car. Being a female it can be intimidating to walk into a service department but not with those ladies. It was a pleasure to actually have my car serviced. The online appointment scheduler was also an excellent tool. loved it. Thank you for making my experience a pleasure rather than an intimidating hassle.

    2015 Ford Escape;Tom from the Subaru side was very nice and really helped me decide on getting a Ford instead of a Honda. I am also very pleased with his help in getting the trunk tray and retractable cover. The person at the desk when I picked up my plates was very busy talking to another employee and cannot be bothered even after another employee told him I was there. This man was introduced to me as a manager when I first got the car but he never even turned to look at me. Shame on this manager. The person who tried to get his attention was the one who looked for my plates and screwed them to the car. I did not catch his name but I appreciate the help and attention he gave me. Overall, I am happy with the service and the car.

    The one pet peeve I do have is the availability of a loaner vehicle. I have the full extended coverage which includes a free loaner car. Why is it that this dealership never has one available, unless I set up an appointment to coincide with the availability of a loaner? What happens if my vehicle has a breakdown and is brought in an emergency and no loaners are available? I have the top Ford Factory extended warranty that includes a loaner while the vehicle is tied up and cannot tolerate being told no loaner is available. I use my vehicle for business and must have transportation available 24/7. My last several Fords were purchased by Flemington Ford and they never had a problem making sure I had a loaner, even if they had to rent a vehicle. If All American Ford cannot accommodate me with a loaner during an emergency repair I will take my business back to Flemington Ford. I paid a lot of money for the extended warranty and I expect to be treated properly.

    Had my car serviced and it was a pleasant experience. A nice change was being able to pay right from the Service Dept; no need to step out and go over to the Cashier. I'm not sure that it's a permanent change but it was convenient and I like it. Oh, and they washed my car as a part of the service; that's new.

    I had a great experience at Oasis Ford. Claudia and everyone else were very helpful and nice to deal with. I got a great car that has a lot of technology in it and is very comfortable to drive in. Also, I am happy about my monthly payments for the car. Can't thank everyone enough for their help.
