Car fixed, no issues
by mels4675 on 05/21/2015My 2012 Ford Focus needed repair because the trunk would not open and one window was very slow, and kept getting stuck open. The problem was fixed in about a day and a half. I have not had any further issues. The desk staff was friendly and… helpful. I was given a nice loaner car, which was perfect, except the window must have been open in the rain, since things inside were wet, including front seat, so my jeans were soaked. But all in all, a good experience.Claudia was great

So when I got the car I knew where to take, All American Ford in Old Bridge, NJ Of Course!!!!… With the past 3 cars I've had worked on there I knew they wouldn't let me down, and I was right. Besides the amazing customer Service I received from Rachel but when I picked up my moms car I couldn't believe it was the same car! I felt like I was in a brand new car. My point is this company has not let me down not once in any department. The only one I have left is sales and trust me when it's time for me to buy a new car this is where I'm coming. I'm now 100% All American Ford Customer! I'm still speechless on the work they did to my moms car, thank you Rachel and all the Ford Employees!!!!
