    Zain our salesperson was exceptionally knowledgeable about all of the cars and took the time to go through all of our options and really helped us decide which was the best car for us. We went with the Honda Civic LX. Moose in accounting did a great job of explaining all of the warranty and coverage options. Overall we had a great experience at Babylon Honda and will be getting our next car there

    Purchased a brand new 2008 Honda Pilot years ago at Babylon Honda. Had a pleasant experience then and for that reason as well as location, I chose to purchase another vehicle from Babylon Honda. My salesperson, Zain was very nice, polite and patient. The only concern I had with Babylon Honda was that on the invoice was a fee of $595 to get the car "ready". Before purchasing the vehicle, I decided to shop around other dealerships and found that the two other Honda dealers that I went to did not add on that additional fee of $595. Only for the reason that I wanted to purchase my new used car at Babylon Honda I decided to give them another chance and not charge that additional fee. After negotiations, we finally agreed on a price. The invoice was written up with the actual sale price of the car $595.00 less but $595.00 added in to the total bringing the price back to the originally agreed price. Not quite sure if something unethical going on or business as usual. Made me feel a bit uncomfortable but when is purchasing a car ever comfortable.

    I arrived at Babylon Honda with only the CR-V in mind..I was not disapointed! Zain Haider was great and not pushy at all. He was a pleasure to deal with! Wayne Wellington in finance was also very easy going and helpful!

    i had the best experience buying my first car at Babylon Honda with john liggio. he did a great job and got me approved with no problems and quickly had me on the road . I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone
  • Repair Failure

    SRS warning light for airbag failure was reason for warranty repair. Technician only deleted code, never replaced faulty component. SRS warning light lit later that evening after I left Honda service dept. The SRS warning light is still lit. From my experience Babylon Honda won't make a warranty repair that requires them to pay for parts. If you are interested in Honda find another dealer.

    I fell in love with the car and then had to find a Dealer to buy this from. I read the write ups here for several delaerships in my area and found Dominic Ortiz @ Babylon Honda. He lived up to all his reviews and then some. He had the task of finding this car in the colr and style I wanted just as these models were coming out. Needless to say he spent several weeks checking and keeping me up to dat on the progress. Finally they started coming in and he got one of the first ones in this area for me. He has been great to work with doing what the job takes to get this done. To add to this I had to register the car a slightly difernt way that the Norm and he and babylon Honda just rolled with it making the process seamless. If you want an excellent car and dealership look no further. This is what Car buying should be.

    I am new to Honda having been a happy Saturn owner through 2 cars and twenty years, If you knew that company you will understand how high a service level bar I was expecting. I did not think anyone could come close and was ready to accept mediocre service as the norm. Well was I wrong. I have meet a great new service dealer. I called with a small issue that they were able to take care of and then when I got there they were able to answer all my small technical questions about the care of my new car. They were quick efficient and very knowledgable. I know my car will run well for many years to come with this kind of service support. I can not believe this level of service still exists.

    Brought in my vehicle because my SRS light was on. They told me they would have to replace the entire computer ($700). Twice I asked if they reset the light to validate the computer needed to be replace and they said they had. I took my vehicle to an independent 30 minutes later to verify what they were saying is true and he immidiately told me that SRS lights can come on as a result of low voltage (i.e. dead battery / bad alternator). I did have bad battery months ago and stupidly didn't make the connection. He reset the light and 8 days (and 600 miles) later no light. When I go to the manuacturer I expect the best service at a slight premium. What I don't expect is to be lied to or pushed to replace parts that may not need replacing. The right approach would have been charging me for the diagnostic, resetting the light and sending me on my way to return if and only if the light comes back on. When I confronted the service manager he had no interest in my case. I'm probably not the type of customer they want anyway as there are enough people that out there that don't question these scum bag tactics.

    My new (at the time) 2006 Accord SE developed a strange harmonic engine noise/vibration. I had purchased it at Baron in Medford. It's a bit of a drive from Kings Park, so I took it in to Huntington Honda for a look. I believe it was on a Friday and the Service manager said that they had given it a quick look and said it was the heat shield. Problem solved. No, problem still there on test drive. It went in again and I was told that the car needed brakes(not true) and I should return on Monday when one of the more "seasoned" techs would solve the mystery. Monday's inspection brought no new information about the problem. When I continued to press them (Manager and SuperTech) for a solution I was politely told to take the car to the original dealer. Next morning I drove to Baron and told them the tale of the mystery noise/vibration. They said, based on what I told them, that it would take a full day of inspections to determine the problem. I was given a ride home by one of their staff and promised a phone call. It came two days later. No solution because they could not find the problem. Maybe car poltergeist? A quick call to Honda headquarters in California led me to Babylon Honda. John McGuire, the Service Manager there, and the techs must be magicians who drink performance-enhancing coffee, because they alone were able to solve the mystery and fix it within minutes. There won't be any mystery about where I will bring the Accord for service in the future or where I will be buying my next Honda.

    I recently bought a 2010 Accord Coupe EXL certified pre-owned and absolutely love it! The staff was professional, friendly, and no pressure. I shopped prices at a few other local dealers and was treated very poorly. The other dealers pressured me, wasted my time, and one dealership 'misplaced' the keys to my trade. While they were 'looking' for my keys, the manager came over and tried to get me to sign an order. Not a good experience and from now on, I will only use and recommend Babylon Honda. I emailed Babylon Honda, was given a quote through email and was called in less then 10 minutes. Babylon was open and honest, helped me make my decision with no pressure, and made me feel at home. I am so happy with my car, the dealership, even the internet manager came out and introduced himself which really made me feel welcome. If you are looking for a car and live in Long Island, you would be crazy to go anywhere else. Thanks Babylon Honda!!

    It started from the very minute i called Babylon Honda to inquire abut a 2008 Honda CRV the gentlemen that answered the phone made me feel so comfortable he wasn't pushie and didn't ask for my phone number right a way, He also took $200.00 righ off the bat off any car I wanted ,and I didn't even walk in the place yet. I made an appointmet to see that car that evening, when I arrived it was almost closing time, but that didn't bother anyone there, I spoke with John Ligio he made me feel like I was part of there family he took me outside and showed me the car, John explained the entire car to me never trying to rush because it was closing time, we went back inside and I explained to John that i have been to other dealers and had bad experience there and was not sure about buying a car I really didn't trust car dealership because of what I have been through in the past , John was so understanding he just listened to everything I was saying, then he called the owner of Honda over to speak to me and again he was very understanding and tried to make me feel comfortable, then this women walked over and was listening to what I was saying regarding the finance managers and how they play games with the numbers and confuse you, well let me tell you the women that walked over was the Finance manager her name is Faith Egan, she was my Guardian Angel , Faith took me into her office spoke to me for awhile, and ask if I would let her work on this and she would call me the next day. I said ok, the next day I spoke to Faith she managed to finance the car that i wanted at an unbelievable rate I left the dealership with my car that day , They were all so kind and understanding I feel like I have a new family with Babylon Honda, I think anyone who is in the market for a car New or Used go to Babylon Honda first, you wil NOT be disappointed, they are a great bunch of people , Thanks again guys for everything.

    purchased a 2011 touring odyssey for well under the edmunds true car cost. the quote on line was the price i paid no hidden fees. with the savings i added more options and still saved money.

    I recently leased a 2013 Honda Civic and my overall experience was excellent! Luisa was very friendly and gave me a great deal! I had 3 months remaining on my 2011 Civic and Babylon Honda paid off my last three payments so that I could lease a new car. The car is fantastic and my monthly payments are exactly what I was hoping for. Communication was also excellent between Luisa and I. She explained every part of the leasing process to me in detail, answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly, and worked with me to make sure every need of mine was met. She also allowed me to text her with any questions so that I could reach her quickly. She always responded right away. On the day I picked up my new Civic, she made sure to have it all ready. It looked fantastic! She also spent time with me in the car going over all the new functions and buttons which made my life a lot easier. This was my 2nd car from Babylon Honda and I will definitely be going back again!

    I had my 2002 Saturn sl2's oil changed last month and I will bring it in again next time. Friendly, timely service. I recommend Babylon Honda to all of my friends and family and when i am in the market for a new car (which may be soon since my car is over ten years old,) I will go there first...

    You can read my review of Honda City under the title "Jedi Mind Trick." Needless to say, dealing with Babylon Honda was a complete 180 degree difference. They gave me a better deal for my 2003 CRV and they lowered their Internet price quote. They knew I was on my lunch break so there was no game playing. I made the deal right on the spot and picked up the car 4 days later. I have only one minor complaint and that was the attempt to sell me the extended warranty, but that's expected from every dealer. I received a follow up call from my sales rep a couple of days later to see if I was enjoying my new car.

    Luisa provided a great purchasing experience for my mother-in-law and myself. She was patient and informative sales professional. Babylon Honda dealerships employees treat their customers like family. When we decided to purchase the Odyssey on 1/10/14 they promised to have the particular color and model available within a week and they delivered.
