Great Service
by craig732 on 02/26/2024I recently had service done at Lia Toyota of Colonie. This place was first class service from start to finish. I had previously bought my vehicle to another Toyota dealership, and they told me that they weren't able to fix the problem. When… I pulled into Lia Toyota of Colonie, I was greeted by the service associate Nicholas Mucha. He assured me they would thoroughly troubleshoot the problem. In short order they had diagnosed the problem and assured me they could fix it. They showed me exactly what the problem was, and what caused it. (The problem was caused by another company installing a trailer hitch. They even put that in writing so I could try and recoup some of my repair bill from that other company.) They had to order parts, which wouldn't be there until the next day, but the timetable they gave me for repairs was right on schedule as they promised. They got me into a rental car and they fixed the vehicle in the time frame they promised for the price they quoted. It was a very expensive repair, but they offered financing with monthly payments so that worked out okay. The waiting area was very comfortable and they had complimentary coffee and donuts. Everybody was kind and polite from start to finish. I highly recommend the service department at Lia Toyota of Colonie!Thanks for the fantastic review of Nicholas! Got my RAV4 hybrid from Lia Toyota in one day

Until one day l met Makenzie Nieves in Lia toyota! She showed me the… car l like, then l showed her the recommended good deal price on Edmunds.com, after a brief conversation with Makenzie and her manager, we quickly reached a deal including additional $500 off with toyota finance, which has no prepayment penalty! I am very happy with my RAV4 and the price too! Pulled any vehicle me and my wife wanted to test drive and knew the vehicle very well. She pressure me or my wife into… purchasing something we didn’t want which went a 1,000 miles with us. Tacoma Annual Checkup

I contacted Vanessa Radley to make an appointment online, and to take care of my truck since she has helped me a couple of times before. She is extremely good at… her job. Even though I chose to wait, she tried to make everything go as quickly as possible so it wouldn't be that long overall . I don't believe anyone could have been more helpful regarding what it was going to cost, how long that it would take, and what else might be needed to keep my truck in tip top shape for the long winters that we have up this way. Everything went as smoothly as expected and I was on my way before too much time passed. I would hope that Toyota has some type of reward and recognition system in place to keep really talented folks happy at their dealership since Vanessa Radley is one to hang on to from a business perspective.Thank you for your kind review, Mark!
