Tacoma Trouble
by Mark V on 09/30/2023I collided with a large buck on my way into work and damaged quite a bit of the front of my truck. From the moment the overhead door was raised at the collision center and I drove it in, Steve Manhey went right to work looking over my truck… and figuring out what needed to be replaced or fixed. He was very straight forward, telling me about how long that it would take, and what the variable factors were that would speed up, or delay the repair process. He kept me informed with updates on the progress the entire time since insurance and ordered parts were involved. They did a really great job on my truck, and it was done super fast for the amount of damage and parts that were needed to be replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my truck back if it needed any more work to be done.Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this positive review! Raving a RAV

Tom said Lia had a RAV4 Hybrid with the features we wanted from a… deal that fell through. Superior Service Provider: Marinda Tingly

Today I came in for inspection and any recommended regular maintenance. My service… advisor was Marinda Tingly. What a lovely person she is. She meticulously reviewed my service history and recommended sensible services based on time and mileage. She kept me apprised as the work progressed. I found her to be an attentive listener, knowledgeable, straight forward, and personable. I'd rate her a 10 out of 10 if the scale went that high. I will request her on my next 5,000 miles visit. I hope she becomes included on the list of service advisors which is reflected on Lia's website by then.Francis, your thoughtful review just made our day!
