When I arrived at the dealership I looked for her. She immediately advised me they were running behind and offered me a… ride or a car if I chose not to wait. He checked in and was accessible for my questions. He applied the coupons I had from online and arranged for a… ride to pick up my car when it was completed as I did not have one with my husband having just had surgery. Big Toyota has made some changes in how they sell this product that really do not work well for a high mileage driver like myself.… However I got excellent advice from Mike about how to work with the new terms.terrific toyota

My only concern is that I was told that my car would have a full tank of gas and be fully charged when I came… to pick it up. It did have a full tank but was charged only 15%. I was disappointed with this.First time Toyota guy !!
by Bill Winters on 12/10/2024Having bought a 2024 Tacoma back in June, 2024, in November I was due for the 5,000 mile service! As I drove up , I had no idea what to expect ! A large overhead door opened up and in I went, again no knowing what to expect ! I slowly drove… through the building, I came to a stop at other side of said building! At this point in time Naomi Hughes came up and guided me from there to waiting room ( more like a lounge) As the Tacoma only had 2,900 miles on it, it really wasn't much of a 5,000 mile visit! I told Naomi I had no cell phone, she said no problem she would find me when complete, and she did! Naomi Hughes was very courteous and professional , and made it a seamless visit!Thank you for your positive review, Bill! by Mike on 11/16/2024Went in with request for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Also stated that blower motor was making intermittent "whining " noise. Which I had and played a recording of to them. Told noise was from beginning of a mouse nest and a… leaf in motor area. This was not the "type/sound" it was making. Couple days after service the noise continued...so it's not what they stated or what I paid to "repair"Got Free exhaust replacement after rust survey
by Betsy K on 10/24/2024I allowed my Camry to be part of a Toyota rust survey a few weeks ago. the Service employee was Michael Richards and he arranged for me to have a free rental car for two days while Toyota Employees from Japan looked at my 13 year old car's… exhaust system. They replaced much of it for free and sent the old parts to Japan for further review. I had the free rental car for two days and also got a $100.00 gift card for use with online purchases. I am very happy.Betsy, thank you so much for your feedback and participation. Please think of Lia Toyota the next time you may have any automotive needs. We'd be happy to assist you!

by Steve on 10/11/2024Dropped off my wife’s 2021 Nissan Kicks for interior and exterior detailing recently. The service coordinator Art Palazzolo told me it would be late afternoon before the work was finished. So I was pleasantly surprised when he called at… noon and said it was ready. I have to admit that I was a bit cynical, thinking that the work would be less than ideal. However when I saw the results, it was amazing! The body, wheels and tires are the first things I noticed..looks like new. But inside, all the little things were immaculate.. like the seams of the seats, the cup holders, the a/c vents .. wow!We're glad Art and our service team made your day a little easier by being efficient as well as detail oriented. Thanks so much for your positive feedback on this experience, Steve. We look forward to your next visit with us!

My Best Car Buying Experience

There was absolutely zero pressure on me right from the start. I was able to test drive a RAV4, Tom answered… all my questions, and then found the vehicle that matched my demands. Closing the deal could not have gone any better. Tom walked us through the entire process. Andrew Small was tasked with showing us how to set up and operate the RAV4 systems. He loves his job, and it shows. It was a pleasure to be around a young man that is excited to share his knowledge. I've purchased many new vehicles in my life, and hands down, this was my best experience. I hate buying new cars, but not this time.Thanks for your outstanding feedback, Joe.
