My best car buying experience. Tom Pottenburgh is an outstanding salesman. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. There was absolutely zero pressure on me right from the start. I was able to test drive a RAV4, Tom answered all my questions, and then found the vehicle that matched my demands. Closing the deal could not have gone any better. Tom walked us through the entire process. Andrew Small was tasked with showing us how to set up and operate the RAV4 systems. He loves his job, and it shows. It was a pleasure to be around a young man that is excited to share his knowledge. I've purchased many new vehicles in my life, and hands down, this was my best experience. I hate buying new cars, but not this time.
