What a mess
by Jamrockk on 02/06/2023I brought my car to Land Rover of Mt. Kisco on December 26th for repairs and just got my car back on February 4th. To be fair, they did warn me that their repair shop was inundated and they couldn’t even tell me how long it would be before… they got to my car. That I can understand. What I can’t understand is why after spending over $2,300 for repairs, my car is returned with grease stains and smudges all over my front seats and dashboards. Who thought it would be acceptable to return a car to the owner in that state. This must be normal practice at Range Rover of Mt. Kisco but it’s not acceptable in my book.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Charging thousands for a repair within 5 days of buying the car

He informed us that it was no longer available and prepared several newly arrived alternatives to test… drive. Doug assisted us throughout the whole process and provided a very detailed tutorial of the off-road and infotainment features. Perry, the finance manger was also very helpful and made the transaction seamless. Highly recommend reaching out to Land Rover Mt.
