    I brought my LR3 in for service and under the new ownership at the Mt Kisco Land Rover customers are now being ripped off. I brought my LR3 in twice for the same problem and the problem is not fixed. They have billed me $1500 to fix the problem and then told me I had to buy new tires. First they tried to sell me tires for $1450 and when I questioned if they could replace the tires with the ones on the LR3 magically the answer was yes and that would only cost $1150. Here's the catch the new tires didn't fix the problem and now when you go around a turn the LR3 makes a funny noise and the original tire sensor problem still exists I have called about the situation and it is always "we will have to call you back" . So $2650 later and the problem still exists. Stay away from this place at all cost under what seems to be a new commission driven service scheme designed to run up your bill but not fix the problem,

    One day service took five days. Communication was awful - if I didn’t call them, I heard nothing at all.

    I was traveling out of town and my battery died. Given it was still under warranty and I wanted to ensure there were no other issues with the power, I wanted to get to a Land Rover dealer. No appointments were available per the online scheduling app, however after calling directly and explaining my situation, they said to just come on by. I did, they had me in and out in about 1 hour, new battery, no cost, on my way - and able to make the multi hour trip back home heading into a holiday weekend. Thank you so much for fitting me in, making the fix and the professionalism.

    Fantastic service. Dave Welton made the whole process of purchasing a new Evoque super easy and convenient. My lease on my existing Evoque was expiring and wanted a hassle free experience to swap it out. That’s exactly what I got and more. Props to Michael Gray who was super knowledgeable and patient showing me all the upgraded features. Will be back for servicing.

    All work was performed as promised, however much to my chagrin, after spending more than $3000.00 my car had not been washed/cleaned. Has something changed since my last visit? One of the customer service reps even mentioned that the car had been washed as we were standing outside looking at it.

    I was dealing with another dealership that couldn't find what I wanted. I contacted Mt. Kisco on a Saturday and got the manager, John, on the phone. He and I emailed back and forth and he found the exact RRS I was looking for. A few days later, he had it for me and we closed the deal. Everyone at that dealership is top-notch, from the finance people to the gentleman, Rito, who patiently showed me all the features. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Land Rover or Jaguar.
