Wonderful experience in getting my car serviced at the dealership. While many of my friends never go back to the dealer due to the higher costs it was such a pleasure dealing with Basim that it’s well worth it. Always keeping me informed of the process and the timeline. It’s always an annoying task to deal with dropping one’s car off but Basim made it as easy as it could get.
