I came into your dealership a few days ago looking to purchase an M3. I had been to a handful of other places that day and was more than disappointed with their customer service. As I was walking around, one of your sales associates approached me with a giant smile and a warm greeting. It was the first smile I had seen all day. His name was Paul S. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car. He spoke to me as a person not as just another sale. He was really personable and genuinely concerned about finding the right fit for me. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought I would make an exception. As a shop supervisor, I know how important good customer service is. It can make or break a sale.
