After a less than satisfactory delivery experience with my recent purchase, Chris A. absolutely turned it around for me. Leave it to say that there was some confusion with another salesperson, but Chris did the right thing and followed up with me, personally, on several occasions, and spend time with me going 'above and beyond'. You would be lucky to work with him in buying your car - he cares.
