Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore

We met with Frank C. about purchasing a new BMW and were trading in another that was 10 years and lasted nicely. I think BMW's are the greatest cars. We really enjoyed working with our sales rep. Frank C. He was very nice and helpful and really exceeded all of our expectations. We love our new car and think Frank was a great sales advisor because he was so friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions. He was also not pushy which I find to be a turn off in sales people as I was one myself at one point. He was more focused on providing excellent customer service, which made us feel very comfortable purchasing this beautiful car from him.
