Iām hard to please and like to push the limits on what I can get. Im not cheap but like to stretch my dollars if you know what I mean.
The sales person Paul in Habberstad Of Bayshore really made me feel comfortable in my purchase process.ā¦ Very knowledgeable and just a nice guy, he walked me through the process with a few laughs along the way.
Highly recommended that you ask for him.

by shark01 on 03/08/2014updated 06/10/2025I bought a 2008 X5 which had 33K miles, and several problems, from day one! 1st the navigation unit had to be completely replaced the 1st week, then I had 4 different engine malfunctions, within 18 months! This was the most unreliable carā¦ I've ever owned, and apparently the service techs could not fix the electronic issues. The 3rd time I brought it in with the Engine Malfunction issue, I let the service rep know how unhappy I was, but he didn't seem interested, or to really care. That day, I decided to trade it in, because I can't trust it, especially on a road trip. I was trading it in the next day, after the 3rd time they serviced it, due to engine malfunctions, and I got the same message on the way to the Chevy dealer to get rid of it! Thank God they still took this completely unreliable, inept vehicle, after I limped into the lot with it!! I bought a Chevy Tahoe that I love, and I know will be way more dependable than that BMW!We're sorry to hear about the trouble you had with your BMW. We apologize that it took such much work on your part to get a service manager to call you back, and we're using feedback from customers like yourself to do a better job staffing our service department so that all of our customers get the attention that they deserve. He provided me with excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that I not only gotā¦ the vehicle I wanted but the financing and payments were where I needed them to be at. I am a customer for Life! The entire staff at BMW of Bayshore are truly terrfic and deserve to recognized for their outstanding service. He figured out very quickly what I was looking for and found the model at their other dealership. Robert continued to beā¦ helpful after the sale, including securing the cooperation of his manager, for the installation of a satellite radio at an affordable price for us. He subsequently offered to help in getting started with the Sirius subscription. I feel comfortable with contacting him in the future with additional questions since I am a first time BMW owner. I really wanted an M3, and began my search. I found what I was looking for at Habberstad BMW of Bayā¦ Shore. I was introduced to Vidal A. & John C. Both Vidal & John have surpassed my expectations in customer service. Vidal has gone out of his way to make sure that I always had a prompt call back or an email/text to bring me up to speed on the latest. I already gave them repeat business, I traded in the wife's Q5 for a 535i Xdrive! A very customer oriented dealership, that goes out of their way to ensure you feel very welcomed from the moment you walk in the showroom to and even after the sale! Two thumbs up!the best experience

Rob helped me narrow down my choices and was patient with me the entire way. In no way was I ever pressured or rushed. Rob wasā¦ respectful and polite, and made the whole experience that much better. I ended up choosing an X5, an excellent car that lived up to everything I was expecting. He was detailed and went over all of the features and options in the car. I've since sent many of my friends over to this dealership, and Rob has not failed any of them from getting a car- even if it wasn't from his own dealership. Bravo.Great Sales Experience
