Hi, to put this review in perspective, I've been an avid Audi owner for the last 8 years (2 highly modified A4's & the last was an S5). I really wanted an M3, and began my search. I found what I was looking for at Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. I was introduced to Vidal A. & John C. Both Vidal & John have surpassed my expectations in customer service. Vidal has gone out of his way to make sure that I always had a prompt call back or an email/text to bring me up to speed on the latest. I already gave them repeat business, I traded in the wife's Q5 for a 535i Xdrive! A very customer oriented dealership, that goes out of their way to ensure you feel very welcomed from the moment you walk in the showroom to and even after the sale! Two thumbs up!
